Law firms provide legal services around listed companies or companies preparing for IPO listing. They are familiar with the regulatory focus and relevant laws and regulations of IPO listing in China, Hong Kong and the United States. Their main businesses include: compliance with IPO laws and regulations, subject qualification, independence, standardization of operation and thorny legal issues of listed companies to provide professional legal services;
The main business of the Securities Department includes: enterprise financing, enterprise IPO, acquisition and merger, disposal of non-performing assets, equity integration and asset reorganization, financial asset management, investment consulting, economic information consulting, etc.
The Marketing Department can not only carry out financial market related work independently, but also deepen and cultivate around the work of the above three departments.
